Food News: Seasons 52 Launches New Mini Indulgences
Seasons 52 has always been known for their mini desserts, served up in a shot glass and baked to perfection. They’re announcing today a series of new mini indulgence flavors that are both seasonal and permanent to their menu.
Included in the new, permanent, flavors are the Chocolate Peanut Butter Torte; a chocolate cake layered with chocolate sauce, peanut butter mousse and chocolate peanut crunch, then garnished with a homemade peanut crisp. Also, their Belgian Chocolate S’More is a great interpretation on a campfire favorite. Featuring chocolate cake that is layered with chocolate mousse and chocolate chips, then topped with a toasted marshmallow and a chocolate dipped graham cracker, this is has everything but the fire attached.
Seasonal indulgences now include a Butterscotch Budino with Salted Caramel; a rich a butterscotch custard topped with caramel and finished with Hawaiian black sea salt and a dollop of sour cream. Also, the Toasted Almond Amaretto Crunch will prove to be a new favorite; an almond cake soaked in Amaretto DiSaronno, layered with glazed Marcona almonds, vanilla mousse and a pipette of amaretto.
