Quick In and Out: Shula Burger at Delray Marketplace in Delray Beach
Delray Marketplace in Delray Beach is a new-ish outdoor center with a bevy of shopping and dining options serving residents of Delray Beach and those in nearby Boca Raton and Boynton Beach. Restaurants are currently open (see our past mentions of Burt & Max’s and The Grind Cafe) and also still in the build-out phase as of this time. We can expect a few more to open their doors as the season moves on. One of the popular spots that you will find, right now, is Shula Burger, Don Shula’s fast-casual entry in the hottest segment in the country right now; burgers and fries.
One of only a handful of locations that are open at this time, this location of Shula Burger has both indoor and outdoor dining. Diners who visit the shopping center now, during the high-season, will find that parking is a huge issue, so the best time to visit will be for lunch during the mid-week. Any visits to Delray Marketplace at night or over the weekend will be met with multiple, exhaustive circles around the parking lot while looking for a space. We sincerely hope that the owners of the center figure out a new and improved parking solution with additional spaces.
Don Shula is a beloved figure, particularly in Florida. It’s this love for all things Don that should carry Shula Burger at Delray Marketplace well into the future.
